How fast can you share candidates?
For common roles, we aim to share an initial shortlist in 48–72 hours after requirements are confirmed. Complex or specialized roles may take longer depending on the market.
Do you support remote roles?
Yes—we support remote, hybrid, and on-site hiring depending on role requirements and location. Many of our placements are for distributed teams.
What hiring models do you offer?
We offer contract staffing (hourly/monthly), contract-to-hire with conversion options, direct hire for permanent roles, and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) for high-volume hiring needs.
How do you screen candidates?
We focus on core fundamentals, real-world problem solving, communication clarity, and role-fit. Every shortlisted candidate includes a scorecard with strengths, risks, and suggested interview focus areas.
Do you provide a replacement guarantee?
Yes. We offer a replacement guarantee window for direct hires. The specific terms depend on the role level and engagement type—we'll discuss this during the requirement intake.
How do candidates apply?

How does pricing work?
Pricing varies by engagement type, role level, and location. For contract roles, we charge a markup on the contractor's rate. For direct hire, we charge a percentage of the annual salary. Contact us for a specific quote.
